Payments & order Processing
At Thinking Cap Co Hats, we want the transaction process to be as smooth and grounded as your style.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other secure digital payment methods, all processed through our trusted platform, Shopify. You will see all available options at checkout.

Taxes: Like the laws of the universe, local tax obligations must be met. Taxes (such as sales tax, VAT, or import duties) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping location. Please note that you are responsible for any and all local, state, or national taxes, including customs duties and fees on international shipments.

Order Acceptance & Confirmation: When you place an order, you receive a confirmation email. This simply acknowledges receipt of your request. Order acceptance is finalized and the transaction is complete only when the product is shipped. This is standard practice, ensuring we can fulfill your customized order perfectly.
SERVICE PRICES & CHANGES (Transformation)
Prices and the Service itself are subject to change or discontinuation without liability to you.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (Customized Intentions)

Custom Nature: Products are Print-on-Demand (POD) by Printful. Returns are generally limited to damaged or defective items.

Color Resonance: We try to show accurate colors, but monitor display may vary.

Shipping & Transit: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays once the product leaves Printful.

Shipping Costs: shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Times: While we can't guarantee delivery times, estimated times are provided by the carrier (Printful's partners) and are not a guarantee. shipping delays are not our liability.

Handling Undeliverable/Rejected Packages: if a package is returned to Printful (e.g., due to an incorrect address provided by the customer) Customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Return/Refund Policy Link:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
Returns:
Returns are only accepted for misprinted, damaged, or defective items, as products are customized for you (Print-on-Demand). We cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or items that have been worn, washed, or used.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. Simply mail the product back to the Printful Facility Address on your shipment box. Shipping fees back to Printful Facilities are paid for by customer.
Cancellations: Must be within 24 hours of ordering, before production starts).
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION (Grounding Your Details)
Provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details. Inaccurate addresses are your responsibility.
OPTIONAL TOOLS (New Dimensions)
Third-party tools are provided "as is." We accept zero liability for their use.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS (Following the Signs)
We are not responsible for the content or energy of external websites linked from our site. Use them mindfully.
USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS (Sharing Your Light)
You grant us the right to use and distribute any comments or ideas you submit, without obligation to pay you or maintain confidence.

If one part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining parts remain fully in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement, superseding all prior communications.
Intellectual Property all site content, including text, logos, graphics, hat designs, slogans, and the "Vibe" itself, is owned by Thinking Cap Co Hats & Order Desk LLC.
By submitting any comments or ideas to us, you affirm and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content you submit, and that the content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify us for all claims resulting from content you supply.
GOVERNING LAW (The Wisdom)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the ethical and business laws of the jurisdiction where our headquarters are located.
Dispute Resolution (Seeking Harmony)
We believe in seeking harmony and finding the most peaceful resolution for any misalignment. However, should an issue arise that we cannot resolve directly, you agree that any disputes or claims relating to your use of the Service or products will be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

No Class Actions: You agree that you may bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. By agreeing to these Terms, both you and Thinking Cap Co Hats are waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

Force Majeure (Accepting the unforeseen Flow)
In the universe, not all energy can be controlled. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations (including fulfilling your order) where the failure results from an act of God, war, terrorism, embargoes, natural disasters, or any cause beyond our reasonable control. This includes disruptions to our third-party partners (Shopify, Printful, and their carriers) such as labor strikes, severe weather, or unexpected supply chain interruptions. We accept the unforeseen flow, and your understanding is appreciated.
